Kenyan government has committed US$12 million to supporting BPO (business process outsourcing) training, marketing and office space for one year.

The money is part of the initial agreement where the government will take the office space at the Sameer BPO Park and provide space to existing and incoming BPOs in preparation of the expansive Malili Technology Park…

“Most of the big outsourcing companies have expressed interest in the technology park…” said Bitange Ndemo…

Well… let’s see if maybe sometime in the future Kenya will be able to match up to Gauteng’s R7.4 Billion from BPO.
