Google Analytics is a free web tool which can provide you with a wealth of insight into how people are using your website. The trick to getting the most out of it is learning how it works  and how it can be customized to suit your needs.

Sarah Blake, the head of the Optimisation team at Quirk eMarketing is going to be presenting two Google Analytics workshops on the 10th and 12th of November in Cape Town and Johannesburg respectively.

About Sarah Blake

Sarah Blake is the head of Optimisation at Quirk eMarketing. Sarah has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Cape Town and she lectures in eMarketing. Sarah compiled the Quirk textbook – eMarketing: The Essential Guide to Online Marketing and is an author of Kotler’s Principles of Marketing: Global and Southern African Perspectives. She has worked with clients across a number of industries, including MWEB, South African Tourism, Sun International and Warner Brothers. Sarah started in the world of online with, a leading UK online retailer based in London, and has worked with world renowned paid search firm Clicks2Customers.
